Over the last 10 years, I visited the W Fort Lauderdale Hotel 9 times. Something I normally don’t do, but after my first visit I was hooked. I love to travel around the world but the W Fort Lauderdale feels like home. The customer service has always been excellent. I was planning something big to celebrate 10 years in 2020, but of course like everyone else my trip got cancelled. Once we are safe to travel and everything is back to normal (actually I hope better than normal) I will definitely be back to stay and relax at the W Fort Lauderdale Hotel. 10 Extra Tips:
- Make sure you are earning rewards for your stay. Book your room early. I normally book 4 months in advance.
- Call the hotel 30 days before your trip and ask for a lower rate. I normally get half off during June/July.
- Book your flight to arrive early. I normally arrive at 8:30am just in time to check-in and have breakfast before going straight to the beach.
- You get two beach chairs, umbrella and towels daily.
- Book a massage the day before you leave.
- Take all the free exercise classes and enjoy the daily bike rental.
- When booking let them know you are celebrating your bday, anniversary, etc.
- Eat dinner at Steak 954 at least once.
- The Uber cost is about 20 USD from the airport to hotel.
- You can always ask for a room upgrade once you arrive.
